Returns & Exchange:
Customers are Required to contact our Customer Care Team for return approvals within the first 3 days of delivery through Email. Upon approval - We generously accept Returns & Exchanges on Kaftans within ( 7 days in the US. and 14 days for International orders) upon delivery with the following stipulations: A 30% Restocking Fee will be Charged to the Customer. The return shipping cost will be charged to the customer ( this includes both the U.S. and International returns ).
