Shipping: All US Shipping is through UPS Priority Mail. All international shipping is charged to the customer and shipped via DHL subject to the customer’s home country's local Taxes and Tariffs.

Customers are required to contact our Customer Care Team for return approvals within the first 3 days of gown delivery through Email. Upon approval - We generously accept Returns & Exchanges on Rugs within ( 7 days in the US. and 14 days for International orders) upon delivery with the following stipulations: The return shipping cost will be charged to the customer ( this includes both the U.S. and International returns ).
